My earliest memory of you was one of frustration as I waited for you and Kiruba to walk down from high school to pick up your younger siblings from the local primary school! How far we’ve come from those days! And boy am I thankful for that! :P Today, not only are you still a dear friend to my sister, you’re also my partner in crime, book buddy, bestie and sister! Happy birthday @everythingislush! :)

Thankful for finally having a well overdue catch up with @samliu_. It was so encouraging to hear about how God has been working in our hearts in the past couple of months - particularly in recognising the amazing privilege and joy we have in being able to bring everything before God in prayer!
“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” - 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Sweet hour of prayer! sweet hour of prayer!
Thy wings shall my petition bear
To Him whose truth and faithfulness
Engage the waiting soul to bless.
And since He bids me seek His face,
Believe His Word and trust His grace,
I’ll cast on Him my every care,
And wait for thee, sweet hour of prayer!

This week has been a tough one - with various cares and worries on my heart. But I am so thankful to God for brothers and sisters who have been able to support and encourage me through prayer and point me to our loving heavenly Father, who cares for us all!
"I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth." - Psalm 121:1-2
Be still my soul: The Lord is on thy side
Bear patiently the cross of grief or pain.
Leave to thy God to order and provide;
In every change, He faithful will remain.
Be still my soul: thy best, thy heavenly Friend
Through thorny ways leads to a joyful end.

This beautiful family have been such a huge encouragement in our lives! Right back from our days together at St Anne’s, they have both in their own ways demonstrated the joy, love and grace that comes from knowing Christ, with much enthusiasm and sincerity. The folks at Oxford are blessed to have you join them!
